Intellectual Property Agent voor handelsmerk in het VK

There are two ways to hire us as your trademark agent in the UK:
* Optie #1: you do not have a trademark number yet
You order this service (just enter your trademark name; if it is a logo only just enter “figurative trademark”), and you use our details during your trademark application online (which you will receive automatically after payment).
OR
You make your trademark application online, and once you have your a trademark application number: you can order our service and we will then file our agent appointment form with the UK IPO. You can also wait to receive a trademark application deficiency letter, requiring you to hire an agent in the UK.

* Optie #2: you already have a trademark number
We will promptly file our agent appointment form with the UK IPO, and you have nothing else to do.

Functies:

• Toevoegen aan winkelwagen, Afrekenen en je bent klaar!
• ✅ WIPO-compatibel (Madrid Protocol)
• 🕓 De service duurt tot het verlopen van uw merk, of totdat u de service wilt annuleren of een andere agent wilt nomineren
• ⚠️ vanaf 1 januari 2024: een Britse lokale agent is verplicht
• ⛔ Houd er rekening mee dat deze aankoop niet kan worden terugbetaald.
